Following a directive by President Bola Tinubu, Ali Bukar Dalori has assumed the role of the All Progressives Congress, (APC) acting National Chairman.
President Tinubu gave the order after the resignation of Abdullahi Ganduje from his position as APC’s National Chairman.
Meanwhile, initial claims that Ganduje resigned due to health grounds was dismissed, noting that he gave way to allow for the possible return of a top Northern politician.
Notably, APC’s spokesman, Felix Morka said Dalori will be the acting National Chairman until the party’s National Executive Committee meet.
